Saturday, October 26th, 3pm - 5pm • Toby will be cooking up a menu of Grain Shed classics on toast featuring the freshest flavors (some straight from our Wildland farm)! Menu is subject to change and food will be available while supplies last.

Toby Carroll has worked in restaurant kitchens for 30 years. He is currently a worker-owner and manager at The Grain Shed. He is an avid reader, runner and cyclist. He lives on the South Hill in Spokane with his wife, Rachel, and their very handsome dog, Harry.
